A Note From Our Pastor

I want to personally thank you for considering our ministry. Our deepest prayer is for people to know the Lord Jesus Christ in the most intimate and personal way. It is also our goal to offer a Bible-believing church who faithfully proclaims the whole counsel of God's Word that our people may grow in their faith and relationship with the Lord.

The story of Clear Springs Baptist Church can best be described by Psalm 118:23: “This is the LORD’s doing; it is marvelous in our eyes.” Finding our humble beginnings all the way back to 1897, Clear Springs Baptist Church has been a beacon to the Corryton community and the surrounding areas. Built upon deep and doctrinal preaching, many lives have been changed through the power of God's timeless Word. Clear Springs has been built on a testimony of long-tenured pastors who were all committed to boldly preaching the Word of God without apology. Our leadership and choir are still committed to old-time southern gospel music and the classic hymns of the faith. Ministry is important to us. We want our members to have a place that they can give back to God and serve the Him with the spiritual gifts He has blessed them with. We offer all kinds of ministries that, regardless of your age, you are sure to find an area to serve!

Many families travel from all over Knoxville and surrounding counties and communities to be a part of our wonderful family of believers.
